    "Hi my name is John Goodrich, I'm the Service & Parts Director here at Acura Authorized Service & Acura of Fremont. I've been in the automotive industry for more than 15 years. I graduated with a BA in Art History from Boston College. While attending college I worked in museums in Boston and Europe. I was born and raised in Mystic Connecticut, a small seaside town, where I was captain of my high school lacrosse team and where I spent many summers sailing in the Long Island Sound. Now I live in Willow Glen with my two children and dog, we like to go horseback riding, camping, and exploring new territories off-road in our ATV's. I'm an avid Sharks fan and I enjoy cooking and barbecuing with my family and friends. I've assembled a Service & Parts Team designed to deliver the following:  first, really listen to your needs, second, make the appropriate recommendations, third, offer you a competitive price, fourth, fix your Acura right the first time and finally make sure you are 100% satisfied. I'm confident that my Team you see below will treat you with respect, be friendly, be honest and take overall good care of you and your Acura.     "Hi I'm Manny, I'm your Service Advisor here at Acura Authorized Service where I have worked for two years. Previously, I was with Grace Honda where I worked as a Service Advisor for more than nine years. Before Honda, I worked at Costco while attending college majoring in engineering. I currently reside in San Bruno where I live with my wife and our three beautiful children. We like to watch our children play sports as they strive for the same excellence as I do here at Sunnyvale Acura. Growing up with my dad we have always had car restoration projects going on, so I've learned the importance of doing things right the first time. Come in and I'll take good care of you and your cars needs!

    Greetings! I'm Sang Ho, the Shop Foreman of the all new Acura of Fremont and Acura Authorized Service in Sunnyvale. My automotive background consists of 13 years in the trade with 11 years at Sunnyvale Acura. Having accomplished an Associate in Science Degree in Automotive, Smog License, A.S.E. Master Tech, and Acura Master Tech, challenges are things I'm very familiar with. My family and I currently live in San Jose where I have spent most my life, enjoying the evolution of this great city. During my time off, I look forward to the simple things in life such as yard chores and woodworking. As a personal goal, quality is priority in everything I do so please feel free to trust our team and I with your automotive demands. We will surely give it our best.

    Hi my name is Quan Huynh! I recently joined the Acura of Fremont Service Department and I'm excited to be a part of an elite service team! I graduated from San Jose State University in 2009 with a B.S. in Management and a Minor in Accounting. I have 8 years of experience in the Automotive Industry starting with aftermarket modifications for 3 years, and for the past 5 years, I've been a Service Advisor. I just bought my first home in San Jose where  I currently live my family. I'm a huge fan of mixed martial arts and sports cars. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, going on road trips, and cooking  although I'm better at eating! Come visit me at the all new Acura of Fremont so I can share my passion of maintaining and improving your vehicles performance with you!

    "Hello and welcome to Acura Authorized Service! I'm Brendan Meier the Service Drive Greeter here and I will be the first person you meet when you come in for service. My job is to make sure you feel welcome from the first minute you arrive! I'm also the Greeter at our brand new state-of-the-art Acura Dealership in the Fremont Auto Mall called Acura of Fremont. I've worked at UPS before and I currently go to Foothill College. For fun, I like to play guitar in my band and I'm also a major football and hockey fan. My favorite teams include the Jets, Sea Hawks and of course the San Jose Sharks! I'm the go to guy here when things need to get done and I look forward to greeting you in the service drive soon!"

I also want to welcome you to our new Acura Service & Parts Facility Acura Authorized Service, which was previously known as Sunnyvale Acura. I'm the Cashier and Receptionist at both of our stores and I look forward to meeting you when you come in! I worked at Sunnyvale Toyota and before that I worked at AAA Car Care Plus.
