    "Hi my name is Mike O'Hare I've been in the automotive business for more than 25 years. I first started as a Salesperson and Fleet Manger, then went into finance and eventually became a Sales Manager. When I joined Sunnyvale Acura Parts Department 11 years ago I was the Back Counter Lead. Within a few years, I became the Assistant Parts Manager and now I'm the Parts Director of Acura Authorized Service. I grew up in Willow Glenn, went to Willow Glenn High School and San Jose City College. I currently reside in Santa Cruz with my wife, son, cat and dog where we enjoy the weather and ocean. As Parts Director, I strive to stock one of the best Acura parts inventory in the area, as well as offering the most competitive prices around.     "Hi my name is John Goodrich, I'm the Service & Parts Director here at Acura Authorized Service & Acura of Fremont. I've been in the automotive industry for more than 15 years. I graduated with a BA in Art History from Boston College. While attending college I worked in museums in Boston and Europe. I was born and raised in Mystic Connecticut, a small seaside town, where I was captain of my high school lacrosse team and where I spent many summers sailing in the Long Island Sound. Now I live in Willow Glen with my two children and dog, we like to go horseback riding, camping, and exploring new territories off-road in our ATV's. I'm an avid Sharks fan and I enjoy cooking and barbecuing with my family and friends. I've assembled a Service & Parts Team designed to deliver the following:  first, really listen to your needs, second, make the appropriate recommendations, third, offer you a competitive price, fourth, fix your Acura right the first time and finally make sure you are 100% satisfied. Before working here, I worked in a fishing cannery in Alaska, was a Roofer and also a Mailman. I was born in the Philippines and raised in Sacramento where I attended Elk Grove High School. I speak Filipino and live in San Jose with my wife, three girls and two dogs. In my spare time I like to play basketball and watch football and I'm a big 49er and Bulls fan.
